Shipping & Returns

  • All international shipments are shipped via EMS, DHL or TNT express mail within 7-10 days delivery usually.
  • All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the EMS ,DHL or TNT website.
  • Usually,we ask EMS express ship the items for us.And it is free shipping for all of the orders.
  • If we shipped by DHL or TNT,we will charge u a little extra shipping fee in most cases,which depends your country..
  • Please pay attention for it when the packages will be arrived.
  • All the shoes will be mailed inside another box or a bag!!
  • If u dont receive the package within 10 days,pls contact with us asap,or contact with the local post office.

Return policy

  • We are committed to your complete satisfaction . You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
  • If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
  • All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get our feedback!

Exchanges

  • We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
  • You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
  • We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is a 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Friendly Notice: If you did not receive your 10-digit tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance in orders' tracking.

The birth of the anti-shoe.

In the late nineties we started a crusade.
We realized that the human body is simply not built to walk or stand on hard, flat surfaces. We also discovered that conventional shoes stabilize the body in such a way that the body's supporting muscle system is neglected, which can result in joint and back pain.
We wanted to make the world aware that our health is significantly influenced by the way we walk. And we were determined to develop something that would continuously stimulate the postural and stabilizing muscles of the whole body.

We knew we had to be radical to be successful.

So we used radical measures to dramatize the corrosive effect on our health from wearing traditional shoes. And radical thinking to engineer and design a new kind of footwear that was different from anything else on the market.

We named our footwear MBT, and refused to call it a shoe.

Because MBT is totally different:

  • Its sole is curved, not flat.
  • It is unstable, not stable.
  • It activates your muscles instead of undermining them.
  • It has a positive effect on the entire body, not just the feet.

In other words: It is the antithesis of a shoe.
We still believe that every shoe box should be required to display the warning:"Shoes are harmful to your health".
True to this uncompromising spirit, call ourselves the anti-shoe.
We consider it our mission to make people all over the world aware of the benefits of MBT and to help them live healthier and better lives.
